Another interesting debate this week, this time the motion was “ This house holds that single sex schools make girls more successful"

Excellent opening speeches by Bethan and Ellen were followed up with some very insightful and interesting points from the floor, about the reliability of the data on single sex schools, why they may be better for girls, and whether segregating the sexes is ideal in the 21st century.

In end the motion was lost unanimously.
